  • Spirit Attack Speed: 35/80 ⇒ 35/70
  • Aphelios starting Mana 120 ⇒ 90

Miscellaneous

"Preseason PBE small detail, we're changing on hit damage from items (not champ kits) to be allowed to lifesteal.
This keeps defensive build options open for on hit builds."
  • He also showed off some new work in progress store animations!
"You asked, we’re answering.
Stat filters are progressing nicely in internal builds and are on track to make their way to PBE soon. We will continue to iterate and improve the shop based on your feedback, so don’t stop letting us know how you feel!"
"Breaking:
Player inventory & Gold will be returning to the shop.
This is a mockup, but the feature itself is coming along nicely. Also displayed is that all of the quickbuy panels & inventory will be "pinnable" so that they stay open.
Coming soon to a shop near you."
    • Riot Scruffy noted:
"Preseason PBE Shop update:
After stat filters, our second most requested change to the new shop was to make selling and selecting from the inventory easier. We're in progress working on adding a new quick access section for inventory.
(just a mockup so these items are fake)"
"It's time for the Patch 10.21 Preview! Here's a tentative look at the changes."
  • The next Prime Gaming loot is now available! Get a mystery shard, and check back on October 19th for another!
