1) Riot Scruffy provided changelists for 10.21 changes:

"10.21 Patch Preview with changes. Not 100% locked down but almost finalized."

He also noted new and changed Support mythics:

"Preseason update for Support Mythics:

-Adding a new enchanter mythic for enabling ally aggression (theme is WIP)

-Stat adjustment on Moonstone Renewer for enchanters

-Locket and Shurelya are mostly unchanged, usable by tank and enchanter supports"

2) Riot Aether tweeted a reminder on Preseason changes will leaving the PBE on Thursday and return for more testing the next cycle (remember they plan to have a six week testing period!):

[1] "ICYMI, preseason items are leaving PBE while we get 10.21 ready to ship live. They'll return next Tuesday.
