11/13 PBE Update: Cosmic Skin Name Changes & Tentative TFT Changes

The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 10.24 PBE cycle, today's patch includes Cosmic skin name changes and tentative TFT balance changes!

"11/12 update: Hey Everyone! We are bumping up the Q slightly and are fixing the W bug, it shouldn't have a big hole in the middle of the pool.

We are also giving Cosmic Vladimir a secondary title upon popular request: "Cosmic Devourer Vladimir"

"UPDATE

Thank you all for the feedback! We were able to smooth out Cosmic Anivia's flight animation. She should gliding around SR with ease. We also added secondary titles to the 10.24 Cosmic skins. Changes should be rolling out to PBE starting tomorrow!"

Cosmic Invoker Illaoi

"UPDATE

Thank you all for the feedback! We made a few SFX adjustments to her abilities, including a bit more oomph to her Tentacle Smash (Q), and made a small change to her hair to give it a bit more life. We also added secondary titles to the 10.24 Cosmic skins. Changes should be rolling out to PBE starting tomorrow!"

Dark Cosmic Lissandra

"UPDATE

Thank you all for the feedback! We updated Dark Cosmic Lissandra's Frozen Tomb (R) to be a bit more impactful when cast on an enemy champion. We also added secondary titles to the 10.24 Cosmic skins. Changes should be rolling out to PBE starting tomorrow!"

Cosmic Sting Skarner

"11/12 update: Hey everyone! We will be changing the W VFX to become more like an exoskeleton due to feedback, thanks for helping!! We totally agree that it should be less like a karma shield and more inline with his other skin's W VFX!

We are also giving Skarner a secondary title upon popular request.

Riot Scruffy noted they were taking feedback on the preseason changes, and were looking into the ability to resize the shop:

"So far the most common feedback we’re seeing for the new shop is wanting the option to resize it.

That feature is on our backlog so we’re hoping to get it out in the next few patches.

Keep the reactions coming, we’re playing, watching, and reading it all."

Riot August noted a change for Ekko coming in the next patch:

Making it so Ekko R no longer auto-acquires attack targets, forcing an AA on landing if his E is active. Will be in next patch.

Beardilocks noted a change to K/DA ALL OUT Akali's passive indicator:

"Based on feedback I changed the ears on Akali's passive to match her helmet:"

Riot KateyKhaos noted the Rising Star and Superstar animated splash arts would be available as profile backgrounds in 10.23:
