Revelation VR: 10/15 PBE Update: Splash Art & Tentative Balance Changes

The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 10.22 PBE cycle, today's patch includes the splash art for K/DA ALL OUT Kai'sa Prestige Edition and more tentative balance changes!

New Splash Art

The Splash art & special border for K/DA ALL OUT Kai'Sa Prestige Edition is now on the PBE!

Pyroclasm (R)

Can now bounce to Brand

Seraphine

High Note (Q) AP ratio lowered from 60% to 55%

Surround Sound (W)

Shield AP ratio lowered from 40% to 30%
Self movespeed AP ratio lowered from [0.05% per 100 AP] to [0.04% per 100AP]
Shielded health restore AP ratio lowered from [1.5% per 100 AP] to [1.125% per 100 AP]

Beat Drop (E) AP ratio lowered from 45% to 35%

TFT Traits

Dazzler

[Dazzler has a changed effect in testing on the PBE!]

2 unit attack damage reduction increased from 40% to 50%

Keeper

[Keeper has a changed effect in testing on the PBE!]

4 unit shield strength increased from 300 to 350
6 unit shield strength increased from 500 to 650

Ability stun duration lowered from 3/4/10 to 1.5/2/10

Context & Notes

1) Riot Scruffy posted changelists for 10.22 champion adjustments - including the Annie & Nasus changes we saw in a previous PBE update.

"With 10.22 we have a bundle of small champion adjustments coming:

-Open up loved but unviable roles for Annie/Brand

-Slight modernizations for old spells for better feedback and usability

-Slight satisfaction increases with better visualized mechanics"
