Balance Changes

Amumu

Bandage Toss (Q) cooldown lowered from 10/9.5/9/8.5/8 to 8 at all ranks
Curse of the Sad Mummy (R)

Cooldown reverted from 130/120/110 to 150/130/110
Cast range reverted from 600 to 550

Soraka

Starcall (Q) now deals 60% damage to minions

Runes

Unflinching (R4)

Tenacity increased from 15% to 18%

Phase Rush (Sorcery Keystone)
[Changelist]

Time to make 3 attacks or spells increased from 3s to 4s
Now grants 30-50% movespeed for melee champs
Duration reverted from 4s to 3s

WIP!

1) Captain Gameplay provided a full changelist for Phase Rush changes now testing on the PBE:

"this changelist seems semi scuffed

actual changes to phase rush are

3 attacks and spells within 3s >>> 4s

Grants 25 - 40% Mspd (increased to 30 - 50% Mspd for Melee) And 75% slow resist for 3s"
