The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 9.5 PBE cycle, today's patch includes the splash art for Arclight Brand, tweaks to K/DA Ahri Prestige Edition, and more!

Balance Changes

Champions

Akali

Perfect Execution (R) cooldown changed from 120/100/80 to 100/90/80

Sylas
[Sylas has other changes in testing on the PBE!]

Chain Lash (Q) first hit damage changed from [50/80/110/140/170 (+70% AP)] to [45/70/95/120/145 (+70% AP)]
- (damage values reverted back to live, AP ratio still increased)

Kingslayer (W) heal AP ratio increased from 35% to 45%

1) Riot August noted some changes coming for Exiled Morgana:

"Some of you may have already heard, but the team had some conversations and we're going to be recoloring the VFX on Exiled Morgana to better fit with the skin's color scheme, courtesy of @RiotLankyTree, her awesome VFX artist. ty all for the feedback."
