7/12 PBE Update: Even More Tentative Balance Changes

The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 8.14 PBE cycle, today's patch includes more tentative balance changes for Dr. Mundo, Swain, & more!

Aatrox

• World Ender (R) cooldown reverted from 160/140/120 to 140/130/120 

Dr. Mundo

• Infected Cleaver (Q) 
• • Health cost refund on cleaver hit lowered from 50% to 40%
  • Health refund on kill with cleaver lowered from 100% to 80%

Jinx

• HP per level lowered from 88 to 84
• Base HP increased from 531 to 581

Rakan

• HP per level reverted from 77 to 85

Swain

• HP per level reverted from 82 to 90
• Demonic Ascension (R) 
• • Demonflare AP ratio lowered from 27% to 21%

Twitch 

• HP per level lowered from 87 to 84
• Base HP increased from 542 to 582
