Riot Scruffy provided full details on a balance hotfix that went out on November 12th:
"Preseason Balance Hotfix coming tonight: 
We know there is lots lots more to do in the next few patches, just starting to chip away at the most out of balance items and champs."

  • Riot Scruffy noted they were taking feedback on the preseason changes, and were looking into the ability to resize the shop: 
"So far the most common feedback we’re seeing for the new shop is wanting the option to resize it.
That feature is on our backlog so we’re hoping to get it out in the next few patches.
Keep the reactions coming, we’re playing, watching, and reading it all."
Making it so Ekko R no longer auto-acquires attack targets, forcing an AA on landing if his E is active. Will be in next patch.
