Revelation VR: 6/16 PBE Update: Skin Tweaks, Singed VFX Tweaks, & More

The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 10.13 PBE cycle, today's patch includes skin tweaks for Pool Party Orianna, small VFX tweaks for Singed / Surfer Singed, and more!

Skin Tweaks

Pool Party Orianna & her chromas have been very lightly tweaked, changing the face and eyes as well as skin tones. Here's more from the feedback thread:

"Edit/Update: Hey everyone, just wanted to update what's to be done about Pool Party Orianna: We decided not to change her hair color as we have plenty of hair color changes with her chromas already. Looked at the VFX & SFX suggestions but a lot of ya'll wanted to keep it how it is so no changes there. Might tweak either the model skin tone or splash skin tone pending approval."

Singed VFX Tweaks

Singed, Surfer Singed, and Augmented Singed have some small VFX tweaks now testing on the PBE:

Base Singed (Q is slightly brighter/more visable green, W adds broken glass bottle particles)

Augmented Singed also uses this W!

Surfer Singed (Q is also the above changes, W updated adding coconut shell drink particles)

Moonlight Vigil (R) crit bonus lowered from 50% to 20%

attack speed changed from 20/30/40/50/60% to 40/45/50/55/60%
attack speed duration increased from 3s to 4s

Kalista

AD per level lowered from 4 to 3.5

Lucian

Piercing Light (Q) laser range increased from 900 to 1000

Nocturne

Umbra Blades (P) attacks on monsters now also gives double cooldown reduction (like attacks on champions)

Yuumi

Zoomies (E) mana cost changed from 100/115/130/145/160 to [40/45/50/55/60 + 15% Max Mana]

TFT Changes

Infiltrator

4 unit bonus attack speed increased from 70% to 80%

Battlecast

2 unit healing or damage increased from 70 to 75
4 unit healing or damage increased from 160 too 175
6 unit healing or damage lowered from 450 to 400
8 unit healing or damage lowered from 900 to 750

Blaster

4 unit additional attacks increased from 5 to 6

Mystic

4 unit magic resistance lowered from 125 to 110

Dark Star

4 unit AD and Spell Power increased from 16 to 18
6 unit AD and Spell Power increased from 24 to 28
8 unit AD and Spell Power increased from 32 to 38
