The PBE has been updated! As we continued the 10.9 PBE cycle, today's patch includes Summoner's Rift banners for the LCS, LEC, LCK, and LPL, as well as more tentative TFT balance changes!

TFT Changes

Dark Star

• 3 champ bonus lowered from 25 AD & Spell Power to 20 AD & Spell Power
• 6 champ bonus lowered from 30 AD & Spell Power to 25 AD & Spell Power

Master Yi

• Ability heal per second changed from 8/10/15% to 12%

Jinx

• Ability damage increased from 100/175/750 to 125/200/750
