Revelation VR: 3/19 PBE Update: Continued Fiddlesticks Testing & Tentative Balance Changes

The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 10.7 PBE cycle, today's patch includes continued Fiddlesticks champion update and tentative balance changes!

Balance Changes

Champions

Fiddlesticks
[Fiddlesticks' champion update is now testing on the PBE!]

Reap (E)

Slow and silence duration lowered from 1.5s to 1.25s

Runes

Ingenious Hunter (D4)

Base active item CDR increased from 15% to 25%
Active item CDR per Bounty Hunter stack increased from 5% to 7%
[New] Now only half effective on Trinkets

Phase Rush (Sorcery Keystone)

Melee movement speed increased from 30-50% to 40-60%

Conditioning (R3)

Buff time increased from 10 mins to 12 minutes

Prototype: Omnistone (Inspiration Keystone)

Cooldown changed from 5-3s to 3s
Ranged users cooldown changed from 9-7s to 7s

1) Riot EdwinMols commented on Surprise Party Fiddlesticks' R VFX:

"Thank you for your feedback! Our VFX artist is looking into pushing the effects a little larger, without getting so crowded that it disrupts game clarity."

2) Riot KateyKhaos noted that Furyhorn Cosplay Veigar would be receiving toe beans on his ~~peets~~ feet, as well as provided a look at other VFX updates coming soon:
