The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 10.4 PBE cycle, today's patch includes more chroma tweaks and more tentative balance changes!

Chroma Tweaks

Blood Moon Katarina's chromas have been tweaked once again:

Balance Changes

Caitlyn

Attack speed increased from .625 to .681

Gnar

Base movespeed increased from 325 to 335
Hyper (Mini W) max damage vs monsters increased from 100/150/200/250/300 to 300 at all ranks

GNAR! (Mega R)

AD ratio increased from 20% bAD to 50% bAD
AP ration increased from 50% to 100%

Lux

Light Binding (Q)

Damage increased from 70/115/160/205/250 to 80/125/170/215/260
Cooldown lowered from 13/12/11/10/9 to 11/10.5/10/9.5/9

Mordekaiser

Rammus

Attack speed increased from .625 to .656

Sona

[Sona has extensive changes in testing on the PBE!]

Hymn of Valor (Q)

mana cost increased from 50/55/60/65/70 to 75/80/85/90/95
now notes "Granting an ally this aura effect will refund Sona 30 mana once per cast."

Aria of Perseverance (W)

mana cost increased from 80/85/90/95/100 to 105/110/115/120/125
Now notes "Granting an ally this aura effect will refund Sona 30 mana once per cast."

Song of Celerity (E)

mana cost increased from 65 to 90
Now notes "Granting an ally this aura effect will refund Sona 30 mana once per cast."

Sylas

Chain Lash (Q) Damage increased from 40/55/70/85/100 to 40/60/80/100/120

Zed

[Zed has passive changes in testing on the PBE!]

Contempt for the Weak (Passive) damage against monsters increased from 50% to 100%

TFT Changes

Poison

Enemy mana cost increase lowered from 50% to 33%

Crystal

2 unit max damage per hit increased from 100 to 110

Olaf

Attack speed increased from 100/150/450% to 125/150/450%

Ornn

Damage increased from 100/200/300 to 125/250/450

Singed

Damage increased from 150/300/2000 to 225/300/2000
