The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 10.3 PBE cycle, today's patch includes a look at VFX updates for Annie and each of her skins, as well as tentative balance changes!

Balance Changes

Akali
[Akali has other changes in testing on the PBE!]

Five Point Strike (Q) energy cost increased from 100/95/90/85/80 to 140/130/120/110/100

Gnar

Base move speed reverted from 335 to 325
Hyper (Mini W) reverted to live functionality

Yuumi
[Yuumi has other changes in testing on the PBE!]

Prowling Projectile (Q) mana cost changed from 90/88/86/84/82/80 to 90 at all ranks

Vs Live: from 85/90/95/100/105/110 to 90 at all ranks
