[Context/Changelist - Wukong has extensive changes in testing on the PBE!]

• Strength of Stone (Passive)
• Shield value increased from [8% of his max health] to [12% of his max health]
• Effect trigger increased from [every 8s] to [every 12s]

• Crushing Blow (Q)
• Name changed back from Wuju Strike
• [New] Wukong and clone deal 10% bonus damage for next 3 seconds
• [Removed] armor shred
