Garen
[Changelist - Garen has extensive changes in testing on the PBE!]

Demacian Justice (R) target's missing HP as damage reverted from 25/30/35% to 20/25/30%

Lissandra

Base armor increased from 20.216 to 22
Iceborn Subjugation (Passive) AP ratio increased from 30% to 50%

Ring of Frost (W) AP ratio increased from 50% to 70%

Pantheon
[Changelist]

Comet Spear (Q) base damage lowered from 75/115/155/195/235 to 75/110/145/180/215

Rengar
[Context]

Battle Roar (W) damage healed from monster attacks reverted from 100% to 50%

Varus
[Changelist]

Base HP increased from 499 to 500
Mana lowered from 360.48 to 360
MP5 increased from 7.34 to 8
Base AD increased from 59 to 61
