- Starfire Spellblade (E) passive damage increased from 10/15/20/25/30 to 15/20/25/30/35
Teemo
[Changelist, including QOL changes]
- Noxious Trap (R) max ammo increased from 3 to 3/4/5

1) Riot Scruffy noted a change for Kayle this cycle:One addition to 9.18 - a follow up buff to kayle after her changes.
