The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 9.18 PBE cycle, today's patch includes new and tweaked splash art, a look at the Star Guardian Little Legends in game, and more!

World Ender (R) bonus movement speed reverted from 30/40/50% to 60/80/100%

Annie

TFT Changes

Knight

Damage blocked changes:
- 4 Knight bonus increased from 30 to 35
- 6 Knight bonus increased from 55 to 65

Twisted Fate

Blue card mana restore increased from 20/35/50 to 30/50/70

Akali

Ability damage increased from 150/275/400 to 200/350/500

Anivia

Ability duration lowered from 8 seconds to 6 seconds
Ability max damage increased from 700/950/1200 to 800/1100/1400

Evelynn

Ability extra damage threshold lowered from 65% to 55%

1) Riot Scruffy provided a preview of changes for Patch 9.18:

"9.18 preview with current changes. Major pivots - vayne/riven buffs removed, sylas nerf pushed to 9.19. Nothing 100% final but these are pretty close."

He continued:

"Some changes on PBE don't match these - my list is the current up to date, PBE has the day old ones."
