9/24 PBE Update: High Noon Skins, Icons & More

The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 9.20 PBE cycle, today's patch includes new High Noon skins for Ashe, Darius, and Hecarim, new summoner icons, ward skins, and more!

1) Here is AzuBK with tweet on an upcoming set of Shaco changes slated to hit the PBE next cycle!
