- Cooldown lowered from 15 to 14/13/12/11/10
- Movement speed increased from 20/30/40/50/60% to 30-60% per champion level

Pantheon

Shield Vault (W) empowered attack changed from [150% AD] to [135-165% AD per champ level]

- range lowered from 400 to 350
