The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 9.17 PBE cycle, today's patch includes tentative balance changes!

Balance Changes

Champions

Aatrox

Base HP increased from 520 to 550
- Vs Live: from 580 to 550

Lucian

[Changelist]

Base AD increased from 61 to 64

Zyra
[Changelist - Doesnt exactly match changelist atm!]

Stranglethorns (R)
- mana cost changed from 100/120/140 to 100 at all ranks
- cooldown lowered from 130/120/110 to 110/100/90

TFT

Ranger

Chance to gain double attack speed increased from 35/70% to 30/70%

Noble

Armor and Magic Resistance lowered from 60 to 50

Context & Notes

1) Riot Scruffy provided changelists for balance this cycle:

"Patch 9.17 preview with the changes here:

Yasuo and Kindred buffs removed, Panth scope expanded slightly."

He also provided an update on these changes:

"Small tweaks for 9.17 as we lock it down

-Ryze buffs reduced to just 34 MR (no E damage buffs)

-Aatrox and Akali nerfs pushed to 9.18 so we can spend a bit more time getting them right."
