Revelation VR: 6/19 PBE Update: Continued TFT Testing & Tentative Balance Changes

The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 9.13 PBE cycle, today's patch includes continued Teamfight Tactics testing, tentative balance changes, and more!

Riot August provided a list of TFT champion changes in today's update:

"Here's the TFT champion changes we're putting in for tomorrow on PBE (6/19) Should hit after the redeploy in the morning"

- shield duration reverted from 1.5s to 2.5s
- movespeed duration lowered from 2.5s to 1.5s

Leona

Base HP increased from 576.16 to 580
Mana increased from 302.2 to 320
Base AD lowered from 60.04 to 60
Base movespeed increased from 335 to 340

Ornn

Volcanic Rupture (Q) AD ratio increased from 100% to 110%

Sejuani

HP per level lowered from 105 to 95
Winter's Wrath (W)
- W1 max health as damage reverted from 1.75% to 2%
- W2 max health as damage lowered from 5.25% to 5%
- - Vs Live: from 6% to 5%

Sivir

1) Riot Jag provided an update on the experimental Teemo changes that tested for last few months on the PBE:

"Hey all, wanted to update you on where we're at with the Teemo changes we were experimenting with.

After a lot of feedback from players, we're going to pull out the changes. Some Teemo players liked them, some hated them, and we weren't comfortable shipping something without the entire playerbase being happy about it. I'm looking into a few small QoL changes we could try as a follow-up in the near future.

Thanks for everyone who played him on PBE, we really appreciate it!?"

2) Riot Scruffy provided an overview of balance changes this cycle:

"Coming out of the "state of the game" meeting we added a few tasks to 9.13:

Buffs: Randuins Omen, Sylas, Syndra, Ornn, Tristana, Leona

Nerfs: Essense Reaver, Sejuani, Karma, Sivir, Sona #lifeofoapatch"

3) Riot Sotere provided a changelist for Sylas in today's update:

"Sylas will still be getting some longer term attention from @Squad5lol but we took some of his changelist to buff him this patch. Attack Damage :: 58 >>> 61; HP per Level :: 85 >>> 95; Kingslayer (W) Base Damage :: 60-180 >>> 65-205. #lifeofapatch"

He also provided a changelist for Tristana:

"I was kind of on a 'rounding numbers' spree for our simple bucket tasks this patch. Tristana got some of that attention along with a small buff to Rocket Jump: #lifeofapatch"

As well as Sivir and Essence Reaver:

"Sivir and Essence Reaver both got nerfs. Went lighter on Sivir than she needed because the system will also reduce her power: #lifeofapatch"

And Ornn:

"Ornn was actually in a place where he could get some more buffs! Always exciting to me. Buffed his Volcanic Rupture (Q)'s total AD ratio from 1.0 >>> 1.1. This is approximately +7-12 just from his base AD, but if you want to build a Black Cleaver on him, more value! ;)"
