Special loading screens for each of the April Fools skins were added:

Skin bios added for past and current April Fools skins:
- Meowkai: Maokai has, at long last, embraced his role as a giant, haunted scratching post.
- Corgi Corki: A dog trainer with some impractical ideas about canine aerodynamics, Corki has entered the world's foremost pet show with a flight-enabled Pembroke Welsh Corgi. Why has he done this? What does he hope to gain? Is he really a Yordle, or just a very small man? These are all important questions.

Vision duration lowered from 300s to 60s

On Aether Wing Kayle:

"The idea was that the suit was slowly taking over Kayle. After discussing it more we have decided that doesnt really come of well in her model/splash so we are actually going to be removing the robotic voice processing in 9.6"

On Kayle skin VFX:

"We are currently doing some recolors to a number of Kayle skins targeted for 9.6"
