Revelation VR: 3/22 PBE Update: New Summoner Icons, LEC Login, & More

The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 9.7 PBE cycle, today's patch includes new summoner icons, a login theme for the LEC 2019 Spring Split, and more!

AD lowered from 52 to 50
AD per level lowered from 2.5 to 2
Celestial Blessing (W)
- Movement speed lowered from 26/32/38/44/50% to 24/28/32/36/40%
- AP increased from 8% to 9%

Starfire Spellblade (E)
- Mana cost changed from 50/55/60/65/70 to 60 at all ranks
- Target's missing health as bonus damage changed from [10/12.5/15/17.5/20%] to [10/11/12/13/14% (+1% per 85 AP)]

Runes

Ghost Poro (D3)
[Ghost Poro has changes in testing on the PBE!]

[Effect Changed] "When your wards expire, they leave behind a Ghost Poro, which grants vision for 60s. Nearby enemy champions scare the Ghost Poro away.

Gain an adaptive bonus of 1.2 Attack Damage or 2 Ability Power for every Ghost Poro spawned.

After spawning 10 poros, additionally gain 10 adaptive force."

Eyeball Collection (D3)
[Eyeball Collection has other changes in testing on the PBE!]

No longer gain an eyeball on assist
Eyeballs on kill lowered from 2 to 1
AD increased from .6 to 1.2
AP increased from 1 to 2
Complete collection amount lowered from 20 to 10

Zombie Ward (D3)

No longer does bonus damage to champions after killing a ward
[New] Gain an adaptive bonus of 1.2 Attack Damage or 2 Ability Power for every Zombie Ward spawned.
[New] After spawning 10 Zombie Wards , additionally gain 10 adaptive force.

Context & Notes

1) Here's Riot August with a changelist for Kayle in today's PBE update:

"Despite assertions that Kayle was "Getting nerfed cause Rito lost to her in a silver game," her winrate went up this patch by 1-2% (high MMR went up more) due to the W and E buffs we put in.

Likely too strong in all MMR's. Prepping nerfs for 9.7 that make her more item dependent"
