Revelation VR: 2/25 PBE Update: More Splash and Skin Tweaks

The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 9.5 PBE cycle, today's patch includes splash art and skin tweaks, balance changes, and more!

Splash Tweaks

Tweaks for the base Kayle and Morgana shared splash, Exiled Morgana and Battleborn Kayle shared splash, and Transcended Kayle splashes are now on the PBE!

Skin Tweaks

Tweaks to base Kayle's post-11 model (matching previous changes for base model armor), color changes for Silver Kayle, and color changes to Exiled Morgana's vfx are now on the PBE!

Akali
[Changelist - this list is versus LIVE values!]

Base health increased from 550 to 570
Health per level increased from 85 to 95
HP regen/5 increased from 6 to 8
HP regen/5 growth increased from .5 to .8
Assassin's Mark (Passive)
- MS gained away from enemies toward outer ring extended to be half the duration of the ring itself (2 seconds)
- MS toward enemies after crossing the ring extended to be half the duration of the passive buff itself. (2 seconds)

(Q)
- Minion multiplier at rank 5 increased from 133% to 150%

Twilight Shroud (W)
- Akali is now only revealed by towers if she is within the attack range of the tower, rather than the turret's sight range.
- Akali now only needs to exit and re-enter the shroud once to extend the shroud's duration by 3 seconds. (Rather than up to 6 times.)

Shuriken Flip (E)
- E1 damage increased from 60/90/120/150/180 to 80/115/150/185/220
- E2 damage lowered from 60/90/120/150/180 to 50/80/110/140/170

Perfect Execution (R)
- Cooldown lowered from 120/100/80 to 100/85/70

Kayle

1) Here's an updated Akali changelist from Squad5:

"Here's the updated changelist for the Akali buffs for today - added in a base stat increase like I was saying yesterday and am testing out helping her Q waveclear breakpoint at rank 5 of the ability. Plus a little more R cd reduction late game. Prob won't add more to this."
