Revelation VR: 2/11 PBE Update: More Tentative Balance Changes

The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 9.4 PBE cycle, today's patch includes more tentative balance changes!

Balance Changes

* NOTE*: The PBE is a testing grounds for new, tentative, & experimental changes. Be aware that what you see below may be relative to other changes earlier this cycle! These are not official notes.

Champions

Sivir

Ricochet (W) bounce damage increased from 50/55/60/65/70% to 55/60/65/70/75%

Zed
[Changelist]

Attack speed growth per level increased from 2.1% to 3.3%
Razor Shuriken (Q) damage increased from [80/115/150/185/220(+90% bAD)] to [90/120/150/180/210 (+100% bAD)]

Living Shadow (W)
- Recast range increased from 1300 to 1950
- - (Now matches the range that it can mimic spells)
- cooldown lowered from 22/20/18/16/14 to 20/18.5/17/15.5/14

Death Mark (R) Passive effect Reaper of Shadows removed.

Runes

Conqueror (Precision Keystone)
[Conqueror has a new effect testing on the PBE!]

[Tooltip clarified] "Attacks or spells that deal damage to an enemy champion grant 3-15 Adaptive Force (based on level) for 3s (8s for melee). Stacks up to 5 times. When fully stacked, 10% of your damage is converted to True Damage and you heal for that amount."
