11/29 PBE Update: Snow Rift & Tentative Balance Changes

The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 8.24 PBE cycle, today's patch includes more tentative balance changes and the return of a snowy Summoner's Rift just in time for Snowdown!

Balance Changes

NOTE*: The PBE is a testing grounds for new, tentative, & experimental changes. Be aware that what you see below may be relative to other changes earlier this cycle! These are not official notes.

Champions
Irelia
  • Defiant Dance (W) 
    • [Removed] No longer grants a stack of Ionian Fervor.

Jax
  • Grandmaster's Might (R) passive damage lowered from 100/160/220 to 100/140/180

Context & Notes

1) Rornation noted some run animations would be going out with patch 8.24! These should be testable on the PBE now:
"League players! Some of the movement animation updates should live next patch 8.24. Karma, Viktor, Shaco, Alistar (E), Fiora. Had issues with Quinn's @Xenogenic is looking into. Will keep you informed on our progress as it happens, hoping to get others in soon. #LeagueOfLegends
