The PBE has been updated! As we continue the 8.17 PBE cycle, today's patch includes a login theme for the Nunu & Willump champion update, tentative balance changes, and more!

Bladework (E) second basic attack damage changed from 140/155/170/185/200% to 160/170/180/190/200%

Garen

Decisive Strike (Q) damage lowered from 30/65/100/135/170 to 30/60/90/120/150

Kayn
[Kayn has other changes in testing on the PBE!]

Shadow Step (E) duration lowered from 8/8.5/9/9.5/10 seconds to 7/7.5/8/8.5/9
- Vs Live: from 5/6/7/8/9 to 7/7.5/8/8.5/9

Nunu & Willump
[Nunu's champion update is now testing on the PBE, and these changes are relative to it!]

Snowball Barrage (E) range lowered from 700 to 690

Rengar
[Rengar has other changes in testing on the PBE!]

Thrill of the Hunt (R) camouflage duration reverted from 12/20/28 to 12/16/20

Ryze

Overload (Q) AP ratio reverted from 35% to 45%

Duskblade

Lethality increased from 18 to 21
Unique Passive - Nightstalker damage changed from [30 - 200] to [30 - 150]

Stormrazor

AD lowered from 65 to 60
Attack speed increased from 25% to 35%
Storm's Edge crit lowered from [160% (+1% per .75 critical strike chance)] to [140% (+1% per .5 critical strike chance)
