Miscellaneous

Files for a rainbow colored respawn were discovered in yesterday's (5/2 PBE) update.

While we have no specifics yet, KateyKhaos tweeted:

"All champs and skins will have the ability to use it, more details soon!"

Balance Changes

Void Assault (R)
- [New Effect] Evolved Adaptive Cloaking now reduces Void Assault's base cooldown by 40%

Sion

Roar of the Slayer (E)
- AP ratio increased from 40% to 52%
- damage increased from 50/75/100/125/150 to 65/97/130/162/195
- - Vs. Live: from 70/105/140/175/210 to 65/97/130/162/195
- Tooltip updated for clarity:

"Sion fires a shockwave, dealing 65/97/130/162/195 (+52% AP) magic damage to the first enemy hit and knocking it back if it is not a champion (significantly increasing its range).

Targets hit by the shockwave or knocked back unit are slowed by 60%% for 2.5 seconds and have their Armor reduced by 20% for 4 seconds."

[Removed] 20% Critical Strike Chance
[Removed] no longer increases critical strike bonus damage by 50%
[New] Unique passives from Infinity Edge now in place on Molten Edge
- UNIQUE Passive: Doubles your critical strike chance.
- UNIQUE Passive: 20% of critical strike damage is converted to True Damage.

Runes

[New] Hail of Blades (Domination Keystone)

"Gain 50 - 100% Attack Speed for the first 3 attacks made against an enemy Champion.

No more than 1.5s can elapse between attacks or Hail of Blades will end.

Hail of Blades allows you to temporarily exceed the attack speed limit."
