MSI 2018 Summoner Icons
Several new MSI esports icons were added in today's PBE update:

- 2018 MSI loot capsule asset and description added:

- "Get four 750+ RP skin shards, one of which is guaranteed to be an esports shard. Gemstone and Gemstone Skin drop rate multiplied by 1.5. No key required."
- Badlands Baron Rumble Chroma spotlight from SkinSpotlights:

- Ability icons for Passive and R moved/changed back to pre-rework icons:
Sion
- Decimating Smash (Q)

- minimum damage increased from 20/40/60/80/100 to 30/48/65/83/100
- minimum damage AD ratio changed from 65% at all ranks to 45/50/55/60/65%
- maximum damage increased from 60/120/180/240/300 to 90/143/195/248/300
Tahm Kench

- Thick Skin (E) active's damage converted into gray health reverted from 80/85/90/95/100% to 70/75/80/85/90%
